Subscription Management & Self-Service Billing
Clubs can now view their current plan, billing history, and upcoming renewal directly from the Billing page. Renewals are generated automatically before expiry and paid via the existing PesaPal checkout. Why this helps: No more manual follow-ups — clubs stay in control of their subscription without contacting support.
Access Enforcement on Expired Subscriptions
Clubs with an expired subscription are redirected to the Billing page when attempting to access any premium feature until they renew.
Fixes & Polish
MyRotary Sync Frequency Lock
When a club selects a MyRotary sync add-on during registration, the billing frequency is automatically locked to Annual — matching how SEMDA bills for sync access.
