Bulk Communication

• Fixed missing "Send to All" links for invoices and reminders in a specific Invoice Template. Bulk email and SMS actions are now working again.

Meetings Management

• Fixed month filter in Meetings listing page (especially April and cross-year issues). Meetings now correctly appear under their proper month within the Rotary Year.

Invoice Templates

• Fixed Rotary Year dropdown sorting — current Rotary Year now appears first when creating new Invoice Templates.

Dashboard

• Fixed invoice analysis cards sort order (most recent first).

End-of-Year Processes

• Fixed makeup_inactivation job time calculation error. Unused make-ups are now correctly invalidated at the end of each Rotary Year as per Rotary constitution.

Self-Service Portal

• Fixed flash notifications not showing on actions in our Self Service portal.

New Features & Enhancements

Subscription Management & Self-Service Billing

Clubs can now view their current plan, billing history, and upcoming renewal directly from the Billing page. Renewals are generated automatically before expiry and paid via the existing PesaPal checkout. Why this helps: No more manual follow-ups — clubs stay in control of their subscription without contacting support.

Access Enforcement on Expired Subscriptions

Clubs with an expired subscription are redirected to the Billing page when attempting to access any premium feature until they renew.

Fixes & Polish

MyRotary Sync Frequency Lock

When a club selects a MyRotary sync add-on during registration, the billing frequency is automatically locked to Annual — matching how SEMDA bills for sync access.

Email Broadcasts for TRIO Admins

Platform admins can now structure rich content email communications to clubs and districts without leaving TRIO. Why this helps: Faster, more consistent communication on updates from the Care Team.
