This affects the following sections:

- SMS sender ID.
Subjects, sign-offs always include the name of the club for members to know the origination.
We plan to add a way for clubs to add their own email addresses & Sender IDs soon.
The club is the only one with access to their own records, both for creation, updation & where necessary removal.
Some of the personal information that is already in the public domain, like a Rotary member's name, gender, classification we avail it to other clubs when they are looking for you when adding you to their attendance record.
For access, we only allow 5 officials per year to gain complete access to the club data.
When you choose not to renew, we only keep your data for 90 days.. During that time, we allow a club to download all of their historical information in compliance with GDPR
As at today, we don't have any active integration.
However; For mobile money especially Linking with M-Pesa is in our product roadmap.
So keep watching this space. We will have it sooner than you can say 'Jack Robinson'.
This is dependent on how you want to pay.
Clubs in Kenya that have mobile-money/cheques we bill you in Kenya Shillings(KSh).
For other countries, we provide a dollar account.
We only bill a club for one (1) Rotary Year. This allows clubs to have flexibility during transition periods and not have to carry over commitment to future boards.
Also for us we bill from current invoice date until June/30.
Scenario 1:
Invoiced Date: Apr/24. We will bill 3 months.
Scenario 2:
Invoiced Date: Jul/01. We will bill 12 months.
We use secure private servers in Amazon Web Services.
We also conduct backups of the database on a daily basis.
Up to five(5) users are given access to the system.
The users must also be Club Officials.
All users have the same access and rights for now.
There's an audit log features that tracks all user actions and the system can generate an audit trail for all actions done.
